Morning Glories: Colour of the seed - Are they ripe, 1 by hobbyodlaren

I am very worry, because it shall be snow here this week, this night we only have 37 degree F. (3 degree C).
And I have not collect any seeds, more than this pod which fell of. And I dont know if they are ripe yet. All pods are still white.

And if I shall compare with for example 'Rebecca' so are Rebecca-pods as paper and brown, when the seeds are black and ripe.

Shall I leave the pods, or can they stand degree below zero or??
