Roses-fragrance and blooms; nostalgia (my grandmother loves her roses and my other grandparents grew them also)

Lilac-fragrance

Camellia-wasn't sure to put this under tree or shrub. Blooms in the winter when most everything else is dormant.

creeping phlox and salvia--both very dependable and thrive in our variable climate

basil-great for cooking

clematis-blooms

Do cut roses count.....ok, miniature roses.

yes......but must admit that I recently gave in and started using preemergent weed killer on the lawn this year

seven years

yes, on a small scale..... in a bin

butterfly, my kids are amazed by them

not sure. Eagle?

golf, football, tennis, fishing, snowboarding, camping, spending time with family and friends

used to have a fish
