Agave Cactus- because it is amazing when it finally blooms after a long long life

Live Oak- because it lives so long, it is resistant to pests, it is an evergreen, and it makes a great shade tree

Texas sage- because it is evergreen, it blooms all summer, and it's foliage is beautiful
5. What is your favorite perinnial and why?
Lavender 'Munstead'- because it looks, to me, like a miniature Texas sage

Crimson Clover- because of it's unique flowers that are so beautiful
7. What is your favorite vine and why?
Passionflower- because of it's intricate flowers, of course!
9. What is your favorite houseplant and why?
Kalanchoe'Chocolate Soldier'- it's very pettable

try to but the birds eat it

Praying Mantis- they guard my plants and they look so cool

House Wren- they are so curious and whimsical and they eat bugs

hunting, playing harmonica, hanging out with friends, bird watching, spending time with my daughter

yes-1 dog, 8 chickens, 5 guineas, 2 turkeys, and 2 goats
16. Do you live in the city, in a suburb, or in the country?
suburban country
17. What is the biggest problem you've had with gardening?
lately it's my birds scratching around in my beds
