I would not try to divide your Basjoo now, because to divide it, you have to dig the whole thing up (to do a good job-not cut into one of the corms). Bananas do tend to grow close together-do you not like the look or something? Just went and took some pictures for you- here is a clump of my basjoo with the stalks close together-I am not going to do a thing to them |
