Beginner Gardening: Abutilon with orange flowers now discolored, 1 by Bug_Girl

I have a photo of the apricot, I call it good flower/bad flower. The smaller one is discolored orange and the large one is the correct color. I am thinking it is reaction to insectide or fungicide, but I am not sure. Are abutilons more likely to discolor or is it only orange abutilons?
