I just got this variegated butterfly bush, 'Harlequin'. it has one branch with solid green leaves. I know the variegated varieties of some plants tend to revert to solid. should I prune out the solid-colored branch? would it do any good seeing that butterfly bush dies back to the ground in this climate?
