As far as I know, Blue Silk always has the light seeds so I think it would be safe to assume that if you have a dark seed labeled as Blue Silk that you definitely have something else.

White in the Middle fading to a Very Pale Blue to only an outline of the Darker Blue at the edge of the petals.
