(Emma - remember I harvested a total of 2 seeds from that vine and sent you the other one? If you grew yours out this year, I'd love to compare how it looks with this one.)

(ps - This picture is an example of gardening with no chemicals. You can see rose canes (Othello) defoliated from black spot, and ruse is not upon the MGs. To me, these "disfigurements" are offset by the leaves and architecture of boundary planting of yew and front edging of caryopteris. One day, I just up and quit spraying any chemicals, and the garden still returns in the spring and goes through its seasonal hoops with a little tweaking of design & companion plants by me.)
