Last year, on the side of my house I planted a weird hybrid with huge leaves that I found at the San Francisco Arboretum. It has taken off and gone over the fence. I am dreading the day when I see it start to climb over my neighbor's roof. On my side it is covering everything in its path. I want to see just 1 flower before I yank it. Not having learned my lesson, a few weeks ago I bought a weird hybrid from the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden! But this one has small dainty leaves. LOL
