That looks fantastic Cat! Cannas don't grow here very well, but I guess I can keep trying. Check it out in a few days and look through the rolled leaves again. The particularly live ones are very strong. The leaf could even get away it vibrates so quickly. It can be alarming if one isn't prepared for it. Like one of those little gag hand buzzers, with sound effects, lol!

btw Cat, Have you added your new pics to BugFiles yet? I know it's time I need to go through mine to add what they don't have in there. We've had a few new things lately.

These sulphurs are funny little guys.. They make a 'U" and then start wiggling out horizontally from the unattached end until it is like a leaf. The movement is so unpatterned and erratic, yet what forms around it is perfect.
