Emma - I bet the color of my purple is what is showing in your beautiful photos. When I took the photo, it was in the shade and a bit darker there. Since my Spring seed beds are all in full bloom right now, it's hard to get close to any vines at the back of the fence for good photos and there is more shade there now from the taller plants. (Though it looks as though the vines are happier in the shade these days with the heat index!)

In this photo you can see the Lavendar Beauty climbing up the trellis in the back and the White Hyacinth Bean and unknown Feathered MG towering above my fence. :-)
