Celeste - I don't have a good guess. Orfeo or Purple Gem come to mind.

Aspen - I store mine in peat moss, lightly dampened, with none in the top or bottom 1/4 of the container - although I am going to try vermiculite this year to help with the dusty mess. It is important to check them a couple times during the winter to see if they are too dry or too wet. I do lose some.
