Leslie, we must teach people that they are caterpillars and not worms! That's their first step to seeing them in a different way and appreciating them more. Worms scare people but caterpillars don't. ? lol

Here is a Variegated Fritillary. They look almost identical to Gulf Frits but their antennae are longer and the GF has gray in it.
