The lady who lives there is in her 90's and has been there since the 1940's .... her son built a house next door to her many years ago and his mom's house was literally falling down. It looks real cute now since he put siding on and has spruced up her yard.

Here's a pic of one of the houses we get to see from the waterway when we are cruising in our boat! There are a couple with for sale signs and I told hubby maybe we should buy one! Yeah, like we could afford over a million bucks for waterfront property!
