I forget to turn it on when I'm home but they used it a few times last year but it was always early in the morning and I never was able to grab the camera fast enough. Much too hot right now for me to sit out in the back yard to wait and watch...so perhaps when the dog days of summer pass I'll give it another try.

For now the hummies use the dew that gathers on the huge leaves of my chalice vine to bathe.
