Hi Joseph,

The vine is a Mandevilla Vine. I took a picture of a White Mandevilla that I saw at a Garden Center a couple of days ago and next year I plan to plant a White Mandevilla and a Pink one together and that should make an interesting combination. I will post a picture of the White Mandevilla. The pink flowers are Vista Bubblegum Petunia--pretty new and it is a tough plant and spreads like crazy. In that planter are only 2 or 3 Vista Bubblegum Petunias. I also planted one Purple Wave Petunia and one Sky Blue Petunia but the pink ones are about to overtake the others and so far the petunias have had 2 'hair cuts' to keep the petunias off the lawn. I put all new soil in that planter this past April and put nothing in it but Miracle Gro Potting Soil and Miracle Gro Garden soil and the soil is light so the roots are able to spread and thus the plants are taking off. And I have only fertilized this planter with Algoflash , a liquid fertilizer I got from Burpee Seeds on line.

Thanks for the nice reply. And I have lost 3 Vista Bubblegum petunias so far--that I planted in the ground and have no clue as to why they just up and died on me.
