Hummingbird and Butterfly Gardening: Blurry photo of ???, 1 by terryr

S/he's black, but just has....they look like little squares along the bottom of the wings. They look to be blueish green. It doesn't stay still long enough for me to get a very good photo of, but I know many you are very good at giving IDs, so I hoping you can tell me what kind this is.
