Hello all-

Can anyone help me identify this little bug/larva? It looks like a small leaf, and has a rough texture. It moves around by extending a black proboscis from one of its ends (the black spot in the photograph) and dragging itself around. Fairly quickly, I might add. When fully extended, the proboscis' length is about half the length of the body of this thing. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a clear picture of it with it extended. The body itself is rigid. The color is a mottled gray, green and brown.
