Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: Pond Spider, 1 by Birdlady_Susie

They do not make a web, do not have a 'nest' that I can see. They sit on the water, front legs just touching the water and wait for something- perhaps some type of water bug? I only see them in warm weather, which here in AZ is for quite a long time. :)
