The declored crest is number 12 on the chart. It is a lightening affect that resembles paint drying. I have seen this on my blue Mt Fujis and the blue youjiros. It does not show up every day and I suspect weather,temp and humidity may play a part in this feature showing on the blooms.

This is the next flower on the exact same marked vine and this time the de colored crest is not showing. I know it isn`t a ray pattern because those tend to get more apparent and do not fail to show up once it becomes apparent. These de colored crest flowers have been showing the markings one day and then another day not showing the markings and then still another day it is back again.
