We brought him inside because it was getting windy and stormy. It's been a week today and the cocoon doesn't seem to be changing at all. It's not getting any larger or transparent. I may be getting too impatient. If the process went wrong, would the cocoon turn black? Is the fact that it's still green mean everything is going okay? I can see the emergent seam more clearly I think. The cocoon just seems so small to me. I can't imagine a whole butterfly coming out. I've attached a pic. It's a little hard to see through the screen but it's right in the middle. I was just expecting some kind of changes by now but like I said, I'm probably being really impatient. I just want it to be healthy! =)
