Mark got these seeds mixed in with Picotee Double Blue Seeds from Livingston Seed Co. It seems the grower mixed these in by mistake.

Turns out that I too had the exact same blooms from the exact same situation last year.
Seeds from a Livingston Seed pack of Double Picotee Blue.
