I was trying to find a way to identify with the restaurant I have an ownership in and where I live. I have been part of "Bubba's" since it was purchased from the original owner in 1990, and have been cooking Sunday Breakfast since November 1993. But I was doing lots of the carpentry and general maintenance before that. Computerized the books and captured all prior data (as good as could be done with hand-written records) in 1995 when I officially became an owner.
