My Dad and our awesome friend Zach are helping us and it looks great! Here are some pix of construction.

We started by building a floor. The coop is 8x12, to avoid building inspections (less that 100 sq feet! LOL!) and it is 8 feet tall at its highest point. Also, it will have nest boxes and roosting areas hanging off of the base, like a bay window.
