The friend im visiting in Romania is from Castlebar, Co. Mayo. We met in the early 90s when she and I both lived in Galway for a couple of years. The West is truely the most picturesque part of the country, the North the most dramatic the South the most charming and of course the East is the coolest.

Just incase someone may be paying a visit to Dublin. the Royal Botanic Gardens really is worth a visit. Established in 1795 They have just reinvested and refurbished the greenhouses to there original 1840s splendor. It's where i first saw Vireyas in person ( a minor obsession of mine) .
