Yesterday Wub went to the monthly auction down
the road. He often finds good things, but it is a rather
large auction, which means you may have to wait
all day long for the crowd to move to the row where
your desired items are located. I don't mind going with

shopping much, especially if I have to fight someone else
over what I want.

So. In brief, last month hubby waited ALL day long
for filing cabinets. Not just ANY cabinets, but tall, four
drawer lateral files which run hundreds of dollars.
He brought home two in fabulous shape for thirty
bucks. Not a typo. Two HON four drawer lateral files
for the office. Cost new? As cheap as $319.99 and as
high as $509.99. Since he bought two, that would have
cost six hundred to one thousand dollars brand new!

Yesterday, he went to the auction again, despite the
very low temperatures. The night before, he asked what
I wanted. I half jokingly told him.

The next day I spent with my bestest ever sister in law,
then came home to find this in the living room:
