As you can see, at the end of the right 2 x 4 is an bracket that I will attach to the 2 x 6 to at least hold it onto that 2 x 6. There is only one hole for a screw so........ I will put one also on the left 2 x 4 too.

One dilemma is it looks ugly at that end showing.
What can I do to make it look better or if anyone has a better idea on how to do this end, SPEAK UP please!
I haven't nailed down the slats yet so I am more than willing to do something else.

One thing what was handy I found out tho. Is I took pictures of all this and took it to HD and it sure helped the guys figure out what I might need. Of course, I boo-booed on this and didn't realize how stupid it would be since I didn't realize that the metal bracket on the side wall would be in the way.
