This is a picture of the Blackie, I put my hand in the picture so you could get an idea of the size. I have small tubers from the Blackie. They are a little soft and are more like large fibrous roots than actual potatoes. I have much larger more potato like tubers from the Margaritas. I think the Blackies will root just like the larger more potato tubers do, but just not sure. Guess I will find out.
