Unfortunately, the turtles got all but one and then the last one died from an unknown cause along with its mother. Turtles do take a toll on their offspring. It was the first time that I had ever seen a Trumpeter and it was easy to see how it got its name. I would love to hear a flock of them trumpeting at one time .....
