They make great ground covers and the varieties that grow tall are some of the best honey bee attractants one can have in a garden in August and September. I ahve had particularly outstanding success with this Blue Spruce variety. I picked up a broken twig off the floor at a K-Mart Nursery section last summer and now I have nearly 1 sq ft of Blue Spruce Sedum as a ground cover. To say the least this is a vigorous sedum. |
