African Violets and Gesneriads: Separating leaf babies from the motherleaf, 1 by tigit

I also am attaching an image of one of my leaf babies. This is a Lucien Croteau baby. Just look at the color. It is more lavender/pink & cream than this image shows it. I'd be interested in your thoughts on this one. :)
