Alistair, I am hoping he gives back an unvirused plant myself. That would be too cool! He just emailed me and we may meet up at the next sale there. He seems like a very nice guy. He is not in brug lust though like us I take it. LOL

So Alistair, did you note that Preissel got his/their seeds in 1994 while the Arboretum got their cuttings from those taken in 1970? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Here is Tommie Lockwood from the Preissel book on Brugmansia and Datura. Page 12. I am not sure you bought a book per se Margo but actually his thesis. I am dying to know how you find it.
