I'm extremely cheap when it comes to paying for software. Photofiltre is free. Can't get much cheaper than that. I've used it for several years to edit literally 10,000+ photos. Selling on ebay, I'd put sometimes 10-15 photos in my listings. Adding the text is a breeze. I wouldn't go into the photo business with this program, but for the "average joe", it's da bomb!
