their eggs are nothing special either. I think my
white chickens lay bigger eggs. I have some cornish
x's that escaped the meat butchering day, and now

this is a picture of the mix of girls in their new hen house,
you can see the Dominiques (black and white) and JG,
maybe a white chicken too.

The white Jersey Giants, I don't know about them. I don't
know if they lay white or brown eggs. The black JG lay
brown eggs.

Did you guys know that range reared eggs are lower in
cholesterol, and bad stuff, and higher in omega 3-s.
there is an article in this months mother earth news, i have
to read it more, and also, you can submit your eggs for
testing to verify the contents too!!!
