Bird Watching: Blue Heron, 1 by estreya

On another occasion, I ran to get the camera, certain i'd spotted what was either a family of partridge or quail. Upon forwarding one of the photographs to a friend, i learned it was neither of those two things ... they were, in fact, chickens escaped from a neighbor's coop.

It's sad, isn't it? :) But we live and learn ....
