Try taking a piece of soil that is 6-12" across and at least 4-6" deep. I once had a e mail conversation with a wildflower company in Ontario Canada that had 20-30 different types of this plant, bet they would be a good source of advice. I no longer have a bookmark for that company, but, if I find it I will let you know. You could try a search for wildflower growers, that might get professional information. I grew up in MN and it was always the first flower in spring. |
