Here's a picture of my new bed of plants with lots of brugs. In the farthest bed I have a rose bed with 7 roses in it. Then in the next bed, and this has been here a few years, is a wild flower assortment. Mostly blanket flower, coreoposit, mexican hats, bachelor buttons and a few others. I then connected that bed to a new bed with a row of rocks. In this bed I planted 5 day lilies that Poppysue sent me last year. In the bed that it connects to, also surrounded by rocks I have yellow million bells, poppys, petunias some regular all colors and pink wave that I grew from seeds, zinnias, tall snap dragons and a lot of spring bulbs. I have started another round bed with rocks and I plan on a bed of daturas there with a brug in the middle. I have a brug there already that Cala sent me a Jutner orange. In back of these beds I have two different lantanas located to line up with eack other with two on one end and two on the other end. In the middle I have a row of different brugs. They are white, pink, yellow and some more of the jutner orange also. Some of these are also from Cala and some from tiG. In the middle of these toward the front I have two hibiscus that Jody sent me. Bullseye I call them they are white with red middle eyes. I have the Zabrina hollyhock at the far end of the block bed and another hollyhock at the near end both of these are in pots. In the block bed I have pink and blue columbine, love in a mist, grey head cone flower, zinnias, batchelor buttons, sea holly and lilies in the back of these. Probable more in that bed than I listed. All of these were raised from seeds most of he seeds from Poppysue. I haven't finished the bed as yet but I have the brugs sitting in the pots where they will go in the ground. I also plan on putting in beds on the near side to match the far side with another bed of wildflowers and another row of day lillies. In the very front of the bed I intend to put a row of stella dior lilies.
Now it is impossible for me to go in my yard and not think about these wonderful people that has added so much to my everyday enjoyment.
Also plants on the other side of the house from Iris, Connie(WEEDS), Tim, Pebble, Poppysue, Aptiger, Windsurfer, TraciS, Farmgirl, Zany and tiG . I think of each of you every day. I hope I haven't left any one out.
