Just hordes of them in the air. I've seen alot of snout migrations...being a native South Texan....but never one quite like this year.

I went ahead and cut the Spires back yesterday, konkrete. I had to, since they were beginning to lay on my giant agave and make it a bit lopsided. They are definitely garden bullys and will take over a spot. But once cut back, they'll grow back quite nicely. And the flying flowers love 'em. :)

I think that this one of the photos that you saw. A sulphur on the Mealy Cup Sage. :)
