H.subquintuplinervis has been slow as mollasses up until now, slow growing and the buds took a month to mature, but when the flowers started opening last night they flew open! The first picture (above) I took the second I noticed them starting to open. An hour later the were fully reflexed. The scent also changed- it was slighly camphory at first, once they fully opened they were dripping with nectar and smelled exactly like freshly ground nutmeg. The scent dosen't carry, I couldn't smell it in the room, but it is quite strong when you get your nose near the blossoms.
