That's not nearly as exciting as this little fella, H.Thomsonii's first buds on its first peduncle, and are finally big enough to get a little bit more excited about. The umbel is growing really really slowly....or is it just me....? Okay, I guess when one checks the umbel five times a day, it can seem slow....lol.... Anyway, here's its first portrait. The whole umbel is maybe 1/2" across and has been growing for at least six months....sorry, 2 weeks....
