Chionanthus retusus is not quite arching, but again it's pretty close. Same with Heptacodium miconioides, which is like a more vertical, top-heavy crape myrtle with excellent bark, okay foliage, late summer, somewhat fragrant flowers, long-lasting calyxes that make it seem like it is in flower forever.
