Dianne492 wrote: Thanks guys!!!! It's no secret and kinda weird can get the archie's and meglasters to bloom and I have Carnosa's that haven't bloomed this year as of yet!! I bought two from you and the other one has a umbel fattening up,I kinda hoped it would bloom at the same time, I remember you telling me Carol one was a fast grower and the other was very hard to get a bloom out of...Which the one that is getting ready to bloom hasn't grown all that well but is going to bloom..Actually I moved it so I can start babing it along..They both get morning sun, until noon and plenty of water, everyday water. it's kinda crazy but everyday watering even in the winter..Don't know why to be honest with you,I often read where someone has over watered a plant and it is dying as result and it is puzzling to me,because if I miss three days of watering leaves get really thin and parts of plants start dying.I guess I am just lucky to have these blooms. Also my Archie has bloomed again and I have lost count it's either 5th or 6th time this year.. I use elanores and superthrive, but not too regular kinda forget at times to use them.. So I don't really know why they are blooming but sure am enjoy them!! Heres my Archie.. No smell Mark,it's pretty to see sum open with others still closed :-) This message was edited Aug 31, 2006 5:09 AM |
