Back from the garden store AGAIN!!

I went out for a garden walk this morning in my pepto pink sack nighty with an orange sweat shirt on top and my hair stuck straight up = was I a sight. Just as I got out in the gardens, DH decides to fire up the chain saw to begin cutting down trees. All the neighbors came over to watch him fell them - I decided to join them and told them if they didn't like my outfit, they could leave- it was MY yard!! We all laughed at that! DH felled the trees one on top of another - just like he wanted. Now he is busy cutting them up - he barked for me to come and help...I'm taking my own sweet time!!

At the garden center I managed to pick up 5 more plants - oh woe is me!! I also looked at some nice trees - I think I may go back and pick up a couple- they were very tall red oaks (anyone have those??) for 30 some bucks (40% off!!)

Mary LOL at the drying of the socks...I probably would have packed the dirty ones!!

Sucking up fish water- yuck....can't you just dip in a bucket?

cece - go buy another shovel and keep it under the bed - DH would never think to look there!!

Well, chainsaw has stopped buzzing- probably brew time!!
