Anyone~I have some kind of purple basil..is it eddible? I thought it was then I think I read somewhere it's decorative. My DA pulled all my tags...she's a neat and tidy little thing...drives me nuts! When you leave you have to check the trash when you get home! I found a great cane at a yard sale that the owner had carved a point on the end and used it for planting so he didn't have to bend....saved it to see if it would be something Ernie was interested in...found it in the trash this weekend. GRRRRRRRR.....DH and I are getting pretty good at trash can scavengering (I'm sure that's not a word but it's what my mind came up with).

CeCe~ What's the name of the first plant? I have an all green one, Ernie has the varigated colored one and I gave him a green....we don't know what they are.

Ernie~CeCe's first pic is the plant I gave you....the same as the one coming up on the flower side of the yard...OK, there are flowers everywhere...but the garden is on the left, north...the flower side I'm talking about is right, south.
Next week I have days to help out...let me know..I'll give you call..haven't seen you here in a while. Tell Linda and the Golden's hello....I'll bring them a bucket when I come:) I still have your 8 foot poles too for next year's tomatoes....just have to figure out how to get them out there...wait! My DSL has a suburban with a roof rack....duh!

Raining semi-hard here....we needed it...needs to clear up for this weekend's camping trip though!

We all hate to hear of the horrible terroristic crap but as everyone says life has to go on or they win. I still wouldn't be putting my kids on a plane to Europe....I'm too paranoid that way. I'd still get on the plane to Hawaii or Vegas but.....I know same thing...but.....

Any ideas out there for a cool camping trailer?

Ves~ I love camping but must have a flushy potty where ever we go. I've done plenty of the other type and a couple rough camps...no thank you! We go to State campgrounds or KOAs......electricity, water, flushy potties and showers. I like the one we're going to this weekend in Ferndale, WA...nice pool and not filled with so many kids that it is crazy. We have the most kids I think:) Although there will be some soccer teams there this weekend. Although they tend to be gone during the day. We have a trailer space in the top upper left of the pic and tent in the field top left. Lots of room for the kids and games...Fiesta theme...same as Oregon...next year's theme in Oregon is Ho-Down...we usually try to follow here beings we already have the stuff. My thought for here next year is Cowboys and Indians....My Mom's fam the cowboys....my DA's fam the Indians...my DU is a direct decendent of Chief PatKaNim of the Snoqualmie tribe. He is the tribe representative and even has a copy of the original treaty. It's been very interesting to the info he has collected over the years.

Gotta go pick up the twins who went home last night...Hali had a tummy ache....No! Not because of the Double Choc Cookie Crisp......She didn't eat hers...I think it was because of the Mexican dinner they had before they got here....you know, gas......Dang...two calls in two min...twins want to come back.
