Yup, pulling up stakes for a friendlier clime and where I will get more bang for my retirement ( tight budget) buck.

I think it is awful the way this state charges so much tax for my humble 100 year old farmhouse. Bah-Humbug ! ! ! !

Hate to admit it but I'm afraid the deed will not get done before our cold weather arrives unless I am really, really lucky .................
