General Discussion & Chat: help me name, not ID, this plant, 1 by mark

can you help? it has to be a serious name that will go onto file as the plant will soon be in the national collection. look at the colors especially the red stripe and think. Hopefully when I wake up tomorrow there will a name I like or at least some names for me to work on.
