Its been empty for 4 years, and needs alot of work, wiring and plumbing upgrades, and alot of cosmetc stuff, but its a good solid house, newer roof.... lots and lots of potential. Its brick outside, and plaster inside. We walked in today and it was 62 degrees inside and is over 80 outside, so it stays cool!
