The blooms were almost 4 feet high last year! This year the shoots came up really early and I thought I would have a great show. So disappointing.
One new thing at that spot - the outlet for my new high effec. furnae is just above. There is a lot of condensation there and it drips down on 'warm' days and forms a pile of ice over the lily spot. I thought that would be good - protection and then lots of mositure early in spring but maybe not. Any thoughts anybody?
