Here is the picotee with midnight, the upper midnight shows the colour more correct.
LA is that Louisiana? if so I dont think you will need extra light to grow them inside, but as Ron says its the lenght of the days that tells the plant to set seeds so it may not put up pods even if you pollinate. But to have the beauties to show the flowers its all worth it.
