In the picture, you can see the bottom petals are beginning to connect again. The top two petals are still separated.

I am still not 100% sure that Messenger was the cause since the Min-Bar was sprayed as well and has perfectly normal flowers. Again, if the Blue Picotee does indeed get back to normal, I will try and see if I can duplicate the deformity.
